Buddy Hield Golden State Warriors Highlights

The Buddy Hield Golden State Warriors Highlights were definitely an improvement over their previous matchup where Hield managed just 2 points.  In last night’s action, Hield was definitely showing flashes of things to come.

To recap, The New Orleans Pelicans did everything right and wrong.  The Pelicans kept close early with strong play from Anthony Davis and inconsistent play from the Warriors.  It didn’t take long for Golden State to put together and extensive run to lead by as many as 21 points in the second quarter.  Eventually, the half time lead was cut down to 14 points with a Pelicans mini-run to end the half down 63-49.

Into the 3rd quarter, the Pelicans completely dominated the Warriors storming back to take the lead 73-72 with Anthony Davis sinking a turnaround hook shot with less than 5 minutes remaining.  Buddy Hield contributed several baskets and was strong defensively guarding top Golden State Warriors players including Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant and Andre Iguodala.  With 2 minutes remaining in the 3rd quarter and barely a basket separating the two teams, it became the Steph Curry show.

Curry set a new NBA record by knocking down 13 3-pointers finally breaking the previous single-game record of 12 shared by Curry, Kobe Bryant and Donyell Marshall.  Curry finished the game with 46 points and was 13-of-17 from beyond the arc in 36 minutes.  The shots were completely insane with Curry launching several heat checks during the night.  His performance against the Pelicans was a complete rebound after the two-time MVP went 0-for-10 from 3-point range in a loss to the Los Angeles Lakers recently.  Now onto some Buddy Hield Golden State Warriors Highlights.

Besides Curry being a one man wrecking crew, Kevin Durant added 22 points while Klay Thompson scored 24.  Meanwhile, Anthony Davis scored 33 points and collected 13 rebounds.

The road doesn’t get any easier for Buddy and The New Orleans Pelicans as they travel on the road for tough matchups against The Golden State Warriors, Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings. This could get ugly really quick for a winless Pelicans team.
